Do you need Park Hopper to enter both Water Parks on the same day at WDW?

So like, I'm planning a trip to Disney World for 6 days and I'll be there for 5 and 1 day at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Me and my mom will go to one park each day, like the regular base Magic Your Way Ticket. So, do you need the Park Hopper option enter both the Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon water parks on the same day or..?
