My ex girlfriend wont touch my...?

heart. She broke up with me. I was good to her in every sense. Likely too good. She had issues like abandonment as a girl by dad, a divorce at 29 within weeks of her mom dying, and an ex who was really mean to her. she is 31 now. She keeps telling me to pickup my things, yet she is giving me 1 hr windows and lives 90 min away. Every time i respond to her she takes like a week to reply although she makes it seem important. I say put my stuff infront and i will grab it and she says it may get stolen. She says it will be nice to talk about things in the time slots she gives me. I want to heal and not see her. Why is she doing this? What is she thinking?
