My ex wife had been indited on five felonys two in which are for child abuse. i need to get emergncy custody?

the two child abuse charges are child neglict or child abandonment and contributing to a minor alcohol the minor was fifteen and affter she was drunk 3 guys pulled a train on her in my ex's apartment. i believe my daughter was there when this happened. kennedy my daughter ,5, recently was cutting out paper dolls and cut out an atomitocly correct male paper doll with a penis. how can i get emergency custody and can i take her from new mexico and bring her to arizona with that
