Your boyfriend was an asshole, you didn't deserve to be dumped, but you need to stay away from him or he'll hurt you again. I know its hard to hear but people with attachment disorders should not be in relationships, its hell for both parties. Keep seeing your psychiatrist and work at getting used to being alone, its only when you can be happy alone that you can be truly happy with someone else.
