Have you ever been abandoned in a relationship by someone you were in love with?

Well I was in a short relationship with a guy recently. Neither of us really treated each other great but he was very charming and also enthusiastic. He even jokingly referred to me as his "future wife" and said I was "his philosophy." Charming right? And he was handsome too. Then one night I didn't want to go out with him. He never texted me again or phoned again. I was like "ummmmm...ok!" It did kind of sting a bit because I had no idea why he stopped calling. Did he find someone else? someone prettier? ( I am not exactly known to be gorgeous ), was he fed up because I didn't social enough with him? Who knows. But it was slightly painful I was like telling myself "did you really think a guy like that would love someone like you? How naive are you?" at least u know why ur guy left.
