Help im going crazy.....!!!!?

i have a four year old that's does everything and anything to get into trouble.. n nothing i do makes him happy.he has my health bad and he has ruined a marriage and well his older brother hates him.. to me i think hes evil. ive tryed to get the father involved and well like father like son. to make this story short i want to know,can i write a letter to the father saying i need you to watch him till i get my footing back i need a break.. without it being abandonment of my child? this is my last resort. i don't want to end up turning in to the mother from hell or giving him up all together. HELP PLS NO ROOM FOR BULL...IM TIRED. STRESSED OUT AND FED UP.
