Im in the Delayed Entry Program for the Marines and i need help!!!?

When i first joined i was 17 and therefore had to have my parents signature. My mother signed and i filled out an abandonment paper for my father because he hadnt been in my life. Well its two weeks before i ship out and my father finds me and talks to me. Now since im in contact with him i am supposed to get his signature. I know he will sign but he lives in another state and i dont know if they will be able to get his signature before i am supposed to leave for boot camp. The Thing is i turn 18 next week, so i was wondering if i could just sign the paper myself, to save my father the trouble and ensure that i will leave on the scheduled ship date. Is this possible?
