This cant be legal, what can I do about my car?

there was no warranty....lets call it warranty insurance....otherwise they fix it ..they get paid for fixing it and you get the car....but it is your fault you don't have that information.....your used car is now worth $7,500.oo..in Minnesota the limit for small claims court is 75 hundred...might be that in your state....it is somewhere between that and 25 hundred.....they gonna counter sue for the same amount...''probably won't win......i will go out on a limb and guarantee you they won't recover on judge judy.......call the show..win/win for both sides and take a 3 day free all expense paid mini vacation to los angeles
