Yugioh is my shutdown deck any good?

You have too many high-level monster cards. Put in a Mausoleum of the Emperor (field spell card that allows you to pay life points instead of sacrificing monsters to summon). Also, couple that with a Prime Material Dragon (monster that converts life-point costs into life-point gains) and a Bad Reaction to Simochi (continuous trap that converts life-point gains for your opponent into life-point costs) and you'll have a slightly more solid deck. I would also suggest replacing the Magic Jammer with a Dark Bribe and the Negate Attack with a Mirror Force. Otherwise, it's a good deck.
